Yeah, we've had to fight giant spiders before, so it was handy. I can do a horse, too. Mostly I transform into a wolf, but sometimes it's handy to be flexible.

Whoa. I, uh—okay, I admit I thought maybe you were like a werewolf or something, but they don't usually turn into other animals too.

I am a werewolf! It's just that changing my body to be a wolf is more malleable than you'd think, so if I concentrate I can do other shapes, too.

[the real explanation for this is that one of her d&d classes is druid, so she has a bunch of druid forms but they're all wolf flavored.]
